COURSE DESCRIPTION: Lizz will explain to us the mission of the Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation Program for helping those with disabilities to enjoy outdoor activities. She will tell us about how this organization began, familiarize us with the variety of sports they teach, and show pictures of the amazing work they do.
